We offer a comprehensive range of services including landscaping, lawn care, mowing and edging, sod installation, irrigation, weed control, landscape design and installation, plant/shrub/flower bed installation, and mulch installation and bed refreshing. Final pricing will be confirmed in a written agreement before work begins.

Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are based on the information and site conditions available at the time of the visit. Final pricing may be adjusted for changes in material costs, site conditions and accessibility, scope of work modifications, or unforeseen circumstances discovered during the project.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Signature Ground Management and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signature Ground Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
